RAY COPPIN
Commercial Director

Ray joined BT Media & Broadcast in 2005, seizing the opportunity to assume responsibility for commercial leadership across all facets of the business.
With an impressive track-record in senior finance roles, he was ideally suited to take control of and manage the profitability of all customer bids and products. Ray’s input to business strategy has been and will continue to be a core component of the organisation’s ongoing success.
Ray is focused on shaping the business to meet the commercial demands and objectives of the future, making sure it is ready to exceed customer expectations.

Since joining BT in 1993, Ray has built an impressive portfolio of senior finance roles within the company, predominantly in teams facing large corporate customers.
Prior to joining BT Media & Broadcast, Ray played a leading role in creating BT Retail’s Corporate Venturing programme and then creating and establishing the Enterprises business unit, a group of five stand alone businesses with a turnover in excess of £600m.
Ray is a fully-qualified chartered accountant with considerable financial and commercial experience.
He is a long-standing Chelsea fan, enjoys a game of golf and has a hidden ambition to excel at playing a musical instrument.
